This is a small family-owned business that we run because we love the cookie cutters and the memories they have made for our family and so many others as well. My mom and I do our best to get orders out as soon as possible but sometimes family, and other obligations slow us down.
During the holidays we try to ship out 1-2 days after you place your order. We ship USPS from a small town in Western NY so please be aware of where you are shipping too and how long it may take.
If you chose to send a Check to pay for your order we do not ship the order until this is received.
